The Slade Baker Memorial Crawfish Cook-Off is a two-day event in Downtown Paris, Texas, featuring live music, cold drinks, and all-you-can-eat crawfish.

Teams will compete in the Crawfish Courtyard where you can dive in head-first to be the judge and the jury in our People’s Choice Vote.

This is a TABC Regulated Event, no BYOB. The Beer Garden is brought to you by Paris Mobile Bar.

YOU’LL RECEIVE AN ALL-ACCESS WRISTBAND TO THE CRAWFISH COURTYARD WITH YOUR DONATION.

Ticket holders can taste crawfish and all the FIXIN’s from every cook-off team as long as they last!

Teams will add in appetizers and sides to spice things up, and you’ll get to try those too.

One special man that continues to give

Slade Baker, former Paris Firefighter, was killed in an automobile accident in 2019. His legacy of laughter, loyalty and heart lives on through the Slade Baker Memorial Fund.

He’s still making a difference.
